Agents of Shield was the first television premiere of a Marvel product post-Avengers. Joss Whedon's involvement combined with bringing back the fan favorite character Agent Coulson had fan anticipation and the stakes sky high. This was a huge premiere for ABC and I was thrilled to be asked to help launch it. I ran art direction for this project and was the point of contact with the great team at ABC.

The objective was to create a destination site to help focus the online chatter while providing content to fans to encourage sharing. The site dynamically aggregated social content from Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, Instagram, Pinterest, Google+ and YouTube. Users could instantly gather the latest available intel with up to the minute mission briefs and data streams from across the web.
We also designed some killer collectibles for super fans, such as a series of custom Motion Comics and a S.H.I.E.L.D. Identification Badge creator through which users could customize and share their very own.
From the start it was important to set the tone that fans were being invited into the top secret world of S.H.I.E.L.D. Our CD and myself worked with Antibody Studio to create this slick, custom motion-graphics intro.
These Motion Comics were designed to share as Tumblr Gif Grids
Some of the best moments from the Pilot were sliced into sharable Gifs.
